This is a weekend residential event, which is FREE to BASL medically qualified members in training, the cost to non-members is £150 and includes:

You must tick both days on the booking as this is a two day event only.
Please indicate on the relevant area of the booking form if you are traveling some distance and require accommodation, also if you will be attending the dinner on Friday night. Places are on a first come first served basis.
Registration cost: Free to BASL medically qualified members in training and £150 to non-members.
BOOKING Registration Course cost: BASL in training members - Free (*a £120 refundable deposit will be taken on booking*) *Members Refundable Deposit For members, on completion of the booking form, a refundable deposit of £120 will be taken and will be returned to you after you have attended the event. If you do not attend the meeting and do not cancel your place within 2 weeks of the meeting, you may forfeit your deposit. Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel your attendance at this event, please contact the Secretariat no later than 14 days prior to the event. Bookings made within 14 days of the event cannot be refunded. Cancellations made outside of this time will be made at the sole discretion of BASL. If you request accommodation which you subsequently don't use, you will forfeit your deposit.
