Introduction To Hepatology Day ONLINE BOOKING

We hope to welcome you to the Introduction to Hepatology Day which is taking place on Saturday 9th February 2019 at The Medical School, University of Birmingham.   

The one day meeting is FREE to attend to both BASL and BSG Trainee Members (a £50 refundable deposit will be taken at the time of booking). *If you are a BSG member please email your BSG membership number to judy@basl.org.uk .   

The Programme is aimed at Junior Gastroenterology trainees - ST3 - ST5 please enter your grade into the 'Grade/NTN'  field below. 

Should you have some distance to travel there is a limited number of bedrooms available on the University Campus on the evening of Friday 8th February. These will be allocated on distance to travel and on a first come first served basis.

*Members Refundable Deposit

On completion of the booking form, a refundable deposit of £50 will be taken and will be returned to you after you have attended the event. If you do not attend the meeting and do not cancel your place within 2 weeks of the meeting, you may forfeit your deposit. Please see the cancellation policy below.

Cancellation Policy: If you wish to cancel your attendance at this event, please contact the Secretariat no later than 14 days prior to the event. Bookings made within 14 days of the event cannot be refunded.  Cancellations made outside of this time will be made at the sole discretion of BASL.
