The Hepatology Unit and Liver Transplant Unit at Addenbrooke's Hospital invite applications for the post of Clinical Fellow in Hepatogy from 01 April 2012 to 31 March 2013 (6 months initially, extendable to 12 months if progress satisfactory).
 
This post will offer further experience in Hepatology and medical aspects of liver transplantation.  Applicants should have completed at least 2 years of clinical training as a Gastroenterology Specialty Registrar (NTN holder). There is no pre-determined timetable.  It is expected the applicants will create a timetable to match their needs in conjunction with the Clinical Director, the four Consultant Hepatologists within the department and other personnel where relevant.  The job description could finally be a mix of out patient work, in patient work, Endoscopy, audit, clinical research, laboratory research and can involve Hepatology or liver transplantation or a mixture of both.  
 
There will be an on call commitment associated with this post.
