The BASL School of Transplantation will take place on 6th & 7th September at Manchester Central.
This two day event will run in parellel to the BLTG (British Liver Transplant Group) Transplant Meeting, further information about this meeting can be found > here.
The Transplantation School, as with all BASL Schools will be primarily aimed at SpRs and Doctors in Training and there will be 40 places available.
For delegates who register there is the opportunity to have a one to one mentoring session with either Dr Bill Griffiths - Addenbrookes Hospital Cambridge or Dr Mike Heneghan - Kings College Hospital London. Each session will be 20 minutes and will cover advice on career development. The sessions can be booked by contacting Kim Girling at BASL kim@basl.org.uk
There are 7 sessions available on a first come first served basis.
Registration cost: Free to BASL Members. £45 to non-members. Accomodation not included
BOOKING Registration Course cost: BASL Members - Free (*a £40 refundable deposit will be taken on booking*) Accomodation not inculded. *Members Refundable Deposit For members, on completion of the booking form, a refundable deposit of £40 will be taken and will be returned to you after you have attended the event.
